Decommissioning Audits
Once a telecommunications site has been decommissioned, our quality auditors visit the site to ensure the site has been cleared to the client’s specifications. TTS would gain an electronically signed Site Decommissioned Acceptance document by the site’s landlord, which is an imperative document for all Network Operators, ensuring there would be no further rate or legal disputes, which potentially would be time and cost-consuming.
Foundation Acceptance Audit
The scope of this task is typically to check the depth of foundation prior to casting of foundation, check reinforcement as per drawing, supervise the foundation concreting and ensure template setting. The number of visits of audits depends on the type of foundation etc.
Tower Acceptance Audit
This audit is carried out post erection of a new tower / pole site. The purpose of this task is to ensure completeness of work as per drawings including level of bolt tightening etc.
Electrical Acceptance Audit
Installation of all equipment as per good engineering practices including wiring part and functioning of all alarms are usually covered under this audit.
Due Diligence Audit
Technical assessment of the site during any instance of investment or asset transfer is the key aspect. Our engineers are trained to do technical due diligence of sites in a very effective manner and present the findings of civil, structural, and electrical aspects separately in a concise manner, such that future investment for asset rectification can be assessed. Also, asset scalability is reported. Our teams have conducted this audit for a number of clients during their transactions.
Energy Audit
